Great neighborhood, beautiful grounds, with fountains, ponds, ducks, swimming pool, exercise room, gated community, good parking. Nearby grocery store.

The exercise room is a joke. Most of the time it has that "foreign" smell that you usually sense at massage parlors and dry cleaners.

This used to be a good place until the current management company took over. Now it is a complete nightmare.
