SKIP IT!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!Where to begin' Yes, you think you are getting cheap rent, but you have to pay for EVERYTHING!!!!! (Gas water sewer trash cable I DONT NEED CABLE but i have to pay for it) My rent averages over $800 a month. The grounds appear to be nice, but there is usually duck crap everywhere. The swimming pool was cleaned maybe once a month in the summer(trust me I swam every day I HAD TO SKIM THE POOL!) Parking is a JOKE. Kids are constanly working on(NOISY)cars.(there seem to be alot of students fron Denver auto and diesel college here and they suck.) The staff could care less about tenants, and are revoltingly rude. I have urine (human) in my elevator every other week. Someone peed in there over Xmas and it was not cleaned up until the 27th. My apartment was filthy and smelled like cat urine when i moved in. My door does not shut or lock, and after nine months no one has come to look at it. Basically this place is a dump. I am furious, and trying to get out of my lease. I would recommend this place to absolutely no one.DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!
