The current staff at Lakes at Monaco Pointe truely care about the residents. They have turned the property around and really have given us a place to call home.

We have breakfast on Saturdays, Monday Night Football, movie night and activities for the kids.

Give hem a break

all the breakfasts, footballs games, etc, doesnt make up for the fact that this place is loud, run down, and getting to the point of being really bad, if they cared about the residents, they would fix the basics problems, which they dont, and then do communtiy builing things, i have been here for almost 4 years, and,there are not too many people of the community i would like to socialize with, just my thoughts anyway.... think twice about moving here......

As all great leaders in the past have learned, you have to respect your men if they are to respect you. Giving them pleasures like women, wine and gold will not satisfy them forever, and they need to realize that campy little Broncos parties and breakfasts will not satisfy us forever. I myself am sick of having wrestle open the doors because they are all so screwed up you're lucky if your key even makes the lock budge a bit. (I have trouble getting in to any gate here no matter which of my keys I use. May be a bad batch, but they worked fine at first. I have no idea why they don't anymore...) Um, I went off on my tangent about keys. In short, stupid breakfasts and cheap pizza only do so much for... so very short a time.

The only the staff themselves would ask to be given a break. The Lakes at Monaco Pointe is a complex to run away from. As I write this they have shut the water off for a third time this month. Anyone working here should be ashamed of the how poorly they treat the residents. As for repairs, I could do with less, if they would do something about all drug use. This place sucks.

I lived there for a year and it was horriable. You can hear everthing that goes on thru your walls the cops were there every night and my bathroom ceiling was falling in. I asked them to come fix my bath room and in the whole year I lived there it was never fixed. My key to my front door never worked. It was the worse place I have EVER lived. It was so bad now that I have moved out my friends still make fun of me that I lived there. Oh and you dont want me to get started on the staff....

I have lives here over 4 years and with each mgmt company, it seems to go farther down hill. No maintenance, hi crime rate and just yesterday, a boy drowned in one of the ponds which are totally poluted. I can't wait until my lease is up.

I lived there for five years. In that time there had been three different companies come in and take over the property. Each company has sent in a snottier group than the next. I find it hard to believe that they would spend thousands of dollars to fix the leasing office up and not the resident's apartments. There have been several floods in apartments and I know for a fact that before this drowning, there was another occurrence where a little girl was found in one of the ponds and luckily someone found her in time to save her life. No parents around. Just goes to show you what kind of people live there. This place is horrible and so are the staff.

we just moved out and this place sucks. it took my husband and i both to try to get our front door open every time, it was that hard. Our keys did not work in the post office door or the main gated doors. The water was always shut off like 5 times a month. My 3 month old son got sick because the heat didnt work and we asked to have them fix it like 4 times and still never happend. The dish washers suck and doesn't even work, I think there in there just for looks. And im pretty sure that the elevator is going to come crashing down one of these days it seems very unsafe. And it closes on you all the time, (Building A). And you can definetly here everything thru the walls including the bugs. Run fast and dont look back
