I've read the other reviews but my stay here is fine--perhaps it depends on which building you are in. It is very quiet and comfortable--the shower pressure and hot water is fantastic. Some of the cabinets are a bit dated, but when I moved in, they replaced the entire carpet and painted the place. So far I can't complain at all.
