This place is horrible. I broke my lease just to get out. The office staff is nice until you sign the lease and then you are nothing more than a "check". Forget about getting anything fixed, the maintenance staff is a joke. More often than not there is only one man on the job "fixing" things and he appears to be running in circles! I've made numerous calls about maintenance needs and many promises are made but have never had anyone actually show up to fix a thing!
It appears to me that they spend entirely to much money fixing up vacant apartments when they should be using that money to hire more qualified personnel!
