I've been living here since 2005. It's gotten worse for the short time I've lived here. The staff was really nice but after you sign your lease everyone is evil. When ever anything is wrong they automatically assume you did something wrong and never take the blame. I've been in the shower numerous amounts of time and had the water shut off on me. I call the leasing office and they say it's a leak or don't know why. They are full of ---- !! I've never lived somewhere where they turn the utilities off anytime they want. It's a daily thing sometimes. Another time I had a package in the leasing office and the package was really big. I asked someone to carry it up and they flat out refused. I just got a notice that they are going to raise my rent. I don't know who their utility company is or how they figure how much you use, one month it will be low and the next month it's really high. The leasing office raises payments and fees on stuff all the time. One time I called the leasing office because my fuse box was making sparking noises. Maintenance came up and looked at it. They obviously didn't know what to do and had an old man looking at. In the end they said I shouldn't mess with it. I never even touched the fuse box. Stay far away and tell your friends and family do not move here. I can't wait to leave this hell hole!!!!!
