There were some helpfull people there, but the trick was u get your rent then they add another hundred dollar utility bill to ur rent, and its not based on what you use, they base off what the whole building uses then they split it up among everyone..not fair to those who are never home. There is one guy that works there that is a jerk. Dont move here they will rip you off

I think they charge a higher utility fee because of the roaches. There are more "individuals" living in the apartment so they have to charge for them all.
