We moved her in 2006 and sadly were stupid enough to just move out. This place is dirty, the water is constantly turned off, there are mold and insect problems. The tenants who live here are disgusting, dirty alcoholic slobs and it shows. There is often puke, trash, and beer in the entryway. There are people who actually change their infants' diapers on the weight machines in the workout room (when they are actually open) and leave the diapers there. The police are basically posted out front due to gang activity and violence. There are nasty geese that poop everywhere and people just dump trash onto the courtyard and allow their dogs to poop here. The management staff is rude and incompentent. Our heat went out and we left a message on the maintenece line to have it fixed only to find out they "don't know how to check messages left on the maintenece line" We went for almost 2 years without heat. Their only attempt to help us was to give us a space heater. Please do not rent here!

I used to live here and moved out 2 years ago. I was here for 10 long years. I couldn't afford to move so I was basically stuck. The first 7 were great until the new management took over and things went down hill fast. To this day, I still have "nightmares" of the place. I am not joking!!!! I still see what looks like roaches at my new place but then realize it's just a piece of lint and come back to reality that I am no longer there. To all you potential renters, DO NOT RENT HERE! What people are saying is true. This place sucks along with the management and in my opinion all the apartments should be vacated and this place burnt to the ground! Even after being away from this hell hole for 2 years, you can tell I still have a lot of anger with them. I wrote the review titled "Uhm, Hell No!" back in 2007. :-)
