Not Bad for the Money

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
I lived here for 5 years. Had a few problems but they were addressed and taken care of right away.
The price is great for a 1-bedroom and maintenance is awesome. The other tenants that like to go to the courtyard tend to be a little loud but they are cute because most of them are seniors and they are fun to watch.
All in all I was happy there and may return to rent a 2-bedroom next year.
