At the Lexington (Run by Cherry Creek Point)I hardly ever had water pressure and when I did, it would burn me one second and freeze me the next. There were drug dealers living three apartments down, causing there to be shady characters constantly. I had pepper spray in hand every time I went home! Numerous tenants had reported their danger to the owners and yet still nothing was done. I had a death in my family the day after I left and had made a verbal agreement with the leasing people that I would return my keys when I returned, they at the time said it was absolutely no problem. Then they ended up charging me 200.00 for the 12 days I was out of town, and not living there with full disregard to our agreement. They also told all the tenants that the building was going to be demolished forcing several of the tenants, many with children, that were struggling financially as it was, to pay a deposit and raised rent at another apartment, so that they could NOT demolish the building and make money at their other apartments that they had renovated and were over charging for! I would define them as Sleazy liars.
