I lived in a 2 bed, 2 bath and never really had any problems. It was pain having only one laundry room on the 1st level and not many washers, but that was not too big of a problem for me.

Parking was easy to find and doors were usually kept locked and closed.

Most of the managment was kind and responded quickly. There was only one woman in the office who because she was so rude I stayed out of the office and decided to have packages sent to my work and would send my husband to speak with her. I think her name was Vera, but I cant be certain.

The pool and workout area was kept clean, but one reason I rented the place was to use the treadmill and it turned out to be broken and was broken the entire year I lived there.

It stayed cool and stayed warm when one or the other was needed.

Rarely did I hear neighbors.

I think their "gym" was a bit of a rip off. After all I was told the reason the rent was so high was because of all the amenities. Hmmm they were broken most of the time, or were beyond ancient.
