Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
The quality of service and the safety of the community has deteriorated considerably since I moved in. They require 60 days notice when moving out so you get screwed on rent that month. They do not screen applicants and the quality of people living in the community has suffered. I don't feel it's safe to live there anymore. I would not recommend it to anyone even my enemies. Stay away!
