Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
This is a miserable place. When I moved in, it wasn't so bad. My neighbors didn't have been screaming fights weekly. They didn't deal drugs from the front steps. The grass was green, and not littered with dog crap. But times change, and not always for the best.
