No business or community is without issues, and there have been a few since I have been here. Yet, things have really changed for the better. My maintenance requests are responded to within 24 hours-normally only within 1 or 2;this didn't used to happen when I moved in 3.5 years ago. The office staff has changed a few times, but the ladies who work in there now are great. They are re-painting the community, and it looks really nice, like new. They even gave me a free carpet-cleaning when I renewed my lease, plus money off my rent. Overall, I am very happy here, and have even refered several people here-they pay a great referral rate too!
