Ants in the apartment, Mice in the apartment, Leaky ceilings and dangerous electrical wiring. Why pay for a roof and walls when animals can come and go and you dont stay dry' Management is friendly and attractive, but resolution of problems poor. Ponds are dried up and full of trash, grass is dead, nights are loud, parking lot destroyed with potholes which are being filled with no signs, letting residents drive through fresh asphault, which sticks to cars and ruins the pothole repair...
If you are desperate and need a cheap place..sure...if you want to live in a clean healthy safe environment, ask for a raise and hold out till you can afford someplace better.
