i just moved out a few months ago.. id have to give this place a ok.. not bad really..just moved b/c i dint want to rent a two bedroom bymyself or do the roomate thing again.. if your a single guy or have a roomate its not that bad..they so called"re-paved" the parking lot but it was more like they just painted it black and with new paint. its not smooth at all..the noise isnt that bad. ive been in worse places.. seen the cops 1 time in almost a year. walls are thin tho! so beware if you have a loud roomate good god he kept me up snoring at night as did my neighbor whos master bedroom was right against mine! lay outs are very very bad!! master bedroom bathroom was tiny! as was the kitchen. dishwasher soa holder didnt work.. and downstairs has no patio.. no more a concrete slab..one of the support posts thats for the upstairs balcony above us that was mounted on our slab gate thing we could actually move!! hardwood floors were nice. noise is pretty minimal.(tho this is a huge complex and i was in building 10) next to the office kinda.ac and heater worked awesome. staff was nice have to admit! never used pool or spa but always clean. tenants vary. as does every apartment. you have to pay for covered assigned parking spots! 35 buks a month!! lame!! better hope you find a spot near you can watch your car tho i must admit i had a really nice car as did one tenant who had a new infiniti G35 and never got it messed with( i lived in a coldesac parking lot area) hmm what else.. oh yes the maintenance staff is awesome!! it was late around 11pm or so and i accidentally lost my key and the maintenance guy was very quik to answer and help me out.. staff made me a new key on the spot no charge. dog friendly tho i didnt have any and it pissed me off when the neighbors let theyre dog crap on the grass next to my concrete slap patio and not pick it up. since then they have a 200 dollar fine but you would have to narc on someone and report them.. rent is pretty cheap.. for the price its an ok place and could be ALOT worse..people seem to look out for eachother theyre. at least the area i lived in. i prob would have resigned a lease if i could have downgraded to a 1 bedroom after i kicked my roomy out.. oh yeah i know its renters responsibility.. but if you dont pay rent on time..like after the 3rd its a 100 dollar fee!! kinda steep.. just hope your not on a budget and get paid on the 4th!
