Now known as Hampden Heights. I have lived here for almost a year. I have only a few small complaints. The mailboxes are so small that if you don't pick up your mail everyday, you run the risk of having it returned to sender because no mail can fit in the boxes. I can hear my neighbors in the bathroom, and sometimes walking above me, but then only if they are blasting music. Hot tub is closed due to new city regulations, and pool was kept quite clean. Fitness center is small, but new with new equipment. Office staff is friendly, but often has no power with giant AIMCO management. Maintenance is friendly and responsive. They just started a construction project to replace some furnaces, re-paint exteriors, replace rusting stairs, replacing stained and broken concrete. Should look better once they finish it.
