My husband and I have lived here since September 2008. Unfortunately we lost our jobs in May 2009. The new management were not willing to work with us concerning the rental agreement. We had to move out and relocate to another state. We were told we had to pay 1,200 rent for two months plus another 1,500 for breaking the lease!! (Or it could go to court) Mind you we have seen many notices on peoples doors who are being evicted!! I am so upset that some of the fees could not be waived due to the situation. I hope this company goes under because being money hungry will get you nowhere!!!! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

My mom also lost her job in October of 2008 and she went to the previous owners to ask what she could do. They pretty much laughed at her and said if she broke her lease it would be $1,000..she's elderly and on social security and just lost her job and they expected her to come up with $1,000?? She moved out because she couldn't afford the rent and they recently sent her to collections to collect the money she owed. Whatever happened to being understanding and kind with the economy the way it is? I thought the new mgmt would be better but they are the same as the old one! All they care about is collecting their money every month.
