Nice apartments, moderatly nice staff, and the aparments are energy efficient. However safty is a big issue, few parking spaces, as well as paper thin walls. My car has been damaged twice in the last 6 months (run into and broken into, no sterio left), and there have been small but consistant numbers of break in reports, plus the neighborhood is mediocre. Walls are paper thin, I can hear conversations of everyone around me. I worry about the people around us and the safty of myself and my wife. I will be looking at other places when my lease runs out.
