During the recent blizzard of 2006, Lowry North did not plow for until Saturday (the snow started Wednesday morning). Many residents are still unable to move their cars as they have done NOTHING to get rid of the ice. It is a week after the blizzard. At the least, they should have put down salt.

While residents were out late into the night Wednesday shoveling as the snow fell, the maintenance workers did not shovel until Friday morning.

There were already not enough parking spaces for the existing tenants, however, now at least 30% of the parking spaces are full of snow, and they have not worked to clear them out.

I'm planning to stay with a friend during the snow expected for later this week. When I decline to renew my lease, "December 2006" will be my reason.
