Holland Residential just bought the complex, and things have gotten worse. They were slackers before the purchase but somewhat nice, now they are outright rude and nasty.

If you don't bug them constantly to fix things they never do it, we have been waiting 3 months for them to fix things and they keep saying "Yeah, we'll get around to it". If we get a package they lose it until we print out a signature verification, then they shrug their shoulders and say "Oh well, I guess it's lost" (We've found them every time we look for the package). They constantly try to "Update" our rent so we pay more, saying the "Total" rent put in the contract doesn't include other things they say we owe. Add in the too few parking spaces to residents (so people park in the handicap spaces), paper thin walls, no security, gang tags on the back of buildings, wasp problem, and broken exercise equipment it makes this one of the worse places I've ever had to live.

To put the straw that broke the camels back, we received a survey to rate them with a few bucks off a Papa Murphy's pizza if we complete it. None of the Papa Murphy's joints around here accept it, and the management has no idea which one does.
