Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
I have lived here for 2 full years. 2 different apartments.
Pros:
Look nice
Great storage
open layout
good sized balconies
Nice landscape
Its great to have a washer and dryer in unit.
updated appliances
Great Closets and good sized bedrooms
Cons:
No elevators
Staircases are not covered (sometimes slippery and rarely shoveled)
Parking is HORRIBLE, if you can get a garage close to your apartment its worth the extra $80 a mth!
You can't receive packages after office hours
The maintenance does NOT fix anything, example: We have a HOLE in the bathroom floor, covered with laminate flooring, obviously from water damage and they won't fix it. It was there before we moved in.
There is a TON of dog poo in the middle yard that NO one cleans up.
The pool is FILLED with kids in summer and very loud!
You can hear neighbors somewhat through the walls.
