I lived here for over two years, and moved out about 3 months ago. I liked it at Amli Estates, and recommend it to all my real-estate clients looking to rent for a 6-12 months before they buy. Pay attention to your lease and you will have no problems.
I think this site is mostly filled with a few people that had a bad experience and write at least one review a week. This is obvious because statistics make it literally impossible for over 100 reviews to be in one property, when they next highest is just above 50. So if your moving here trust me you can do a hell of a lot worse.
This website is not regulated in the least bit, so anyone can put in as many reviews as they would like. They only reason I found this site is because of a client tipped me off. I have nothing to gain from AMLI, but I think it is important to respect the reputation of a decent company. They may not be perfect, but they won't make your life hell. If you don't like renting, buy a place and deal with the problems on your own. Regards,
