This is a trash dump not an apartment complex. The building staff talk about 'trash valet service' what that means is that they let residents pile the trash on the sidewalks. Trash is a constant.
Move-in - our apartment was dirty and the gate openers didn't work... we cleaned our own apartment and the gate openers still don't work - get the picture' Anything the building staff has to do won't get done.
