Would not renew lease

Luckily, I have not experienced all of the bad things people have mentioned on this site at the same degree they have, but I would not renew my lease here. It just seems that we should get more for our money than we get. It's not cheap. The following is true:
1.The gates never work. I've lived here over a year.
2.There are so many people at the pool who don't even live here. When I went to the pool on the weekends, sometimes there were chains on the gates until 2:00 pm. That's past my tanning time! I called and they said someone would be right out, but they weren't.
3.Trash everywhere.
4. No place to park unless you like walking clear across the complex. I get home when it's dark and it's a little scary! People park wherever they want.
5.Hot tub is disgusting...never been in it because it looks so gross...usually a brown color!
6.Business center-equipment is ALWAYS broken.
7.Unauthorized entry on two occasions.
8.Calls to Stephanie and Sarah go unanswered, more than once.
9.Repairs not fixed properly. My dishwasher has been broken since I moved in even though I've complained and complained. The door does not go down all the way so you have to hold the bottom rack while you load it or else the rack slides back into the washer. I cook a lot, therefore have a lot of dishes to clean and it's a pain in the ass!!
10.Delivery area is a mess...no wonder they can't find the boxes that people are trying to pick up.
11.Girls in leasing office are great when they are trying to get you to rent there, but they forget who you are once you give them a check. Resident's office staff is not the brightest. Lots of turnover.
WASTE of my hard-earned money.
