I never hear neighbors, live in a great area (richest zip code in Denver according to the Post), and really can't complain.
Rent is too high though but I only signed a six month lease. I may renew I may not.
The truth of the matter is; I work 12 hours a day and play on the weekends, so I may not be the best judge of living requirements.
I've lived in New York, San Francisco, Cleveland and Chicago. You don't exactly expect much out of your apartments there because your never there.
I'm never at my place in Denver but when I am I can't complain.
