Amil is horrible.
All these reviews cannot be wrong, and sadly enough they are pretty much true. If Amli really did care there would be less bad ratings but they don't.
I waste about a grand a month living in this craphole. I've been complaining about my upstairs neighbor for several months about the noise and animals. Thier 48 hour guarentee is a load of crap. It takes like a month or more to fix a problem. The management staff are young girls that don't know what they are doing and they are understaffed. There is garbage everywhere along the curbside and only 2 of the 6 gates in the "gated community" work. the rest are just left open which defeats the purpose.
Don't go with this place, the place is too big (# of unit wise) so problems will be left unhandled. THe level of customerservice is very low. look elsewhere.
