As with any complex, there was the good, the bad and the ugly. The staff were generally courteous and returned calls. Maintenance was not the best, prompt response but took multiple trips to fix the fridge--lost a lot of groceries due to their incompetence.
I had a package stolen from the office, so far I have not been reimbursed. Since someone from the complex signed for the package, I am not able to get a replacement or compensation from UPS. To me, this indicates that either a staff person of AMLI stole my package or allowed a stranger to come in the building and take the package, posing as an employee!!!
Neighbors allowed their dogs to run loose, nothing is done. Dog poop is not picked up. There was a bottle of beer left out on the "trash pick up" area for at least a month--trash is left out for days--its gross.

Grounds were nothing special, interiors new but appeared cheap.
We were moved into a unit adapted for handicapped persons which had no drawer space--looked nothing like the model. Did not find out until too late, lease signed.
Neighbors were rude, stared us down. Other neighbors who were cool had the same experience with them.

Mailboxes were broken into and stuff stolen (different from stolen package above)

Security gates are a joke, anyone can get in and out, and we were harassed by solicitors who stared in the windows.

Not secure and not worth the price, in my opinion. We moved out a month early and paid rent on 2 places just to get the heck out of there!!!!
