I know generally people go on these sites to rant rather than rave so it makes sense that there will be more people on here with bad reviews than good ones. But i'm still kinda suprised to see such bad reviews. I lived there about 2 years ago and granted there were a few small problems like heavy walking from the people upstairs, and sometimes the other residents left their trash in the stairwells and that did get a little annoying. But overall i thought the place was great. The staff was never anything but friendly to me. Maintenance always came promptly when we had issues... however we didn't ever have any major issues so I don't know how they are with that.
The gates seemed to break a little too often, but i know those things break EVERYWHERE.
Overall I was very happy with that place and I'd move back in if it wasn't so far from where i'm working now.
