Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Had 2 water leaks, maintenance did not do repairs; Security gates were removed; Drug bust in the building next to ours; Final insult was when we moved away, AMLI charged us, not only entire deposit, but also charged us to replace the carpet, even though they were systematically replacing all the carpets in our building.
