Looks that kill

I was fooled into moving to AMLI at Lowry a year ago because of the nice looking club house, and the beautiful model apartment. But I quickly realized that my apt. was completely different, nothing worked in the club house (internet, movie theater), and terrible/rude service. I had the AMLI staff come to fix my toilet four times before I hired a proffessional, who did it in about 10 min. I was locked in the pool area more than a few times. They chain lock the outside gates, but keep open the inside doors. But you can only enter through the inside doors, not leave. Luckily, I am "slightly" young, and I was able to jump the fence to return home. I never received a gate opener for my car, which cause due irritation, but they charged me for it when I moved out, along with pot racks, which I also did not recieve in my room. They took away my washer and dryer one day while I was at work, and it took a week of arguing to convince that I payed for it. Do not rent here.
