To start I love Lowry!! When I moved out I bought a house on Lowry but the Amli apartments are horrible it is all caused by the management company. To start the construction of the apartments is very cheap you can hear everything which happens in the apartments above, below, and next to you.

I have not met one person who has lived at Amli more then a month who liked it. Everyone hates it!! The people in the office are unhelpful, cheap and down right sleazy. When I moved out I had a notice showing a $0 balance. Five months later I received a notice from a collection agency stating that I had a remaining balance of $300 and it was already in collection. (Already on my credit) When I went to the office they told me it was for unpaid water bill, and replacing the carpet. When I showed them a canceled check for the water bill they told me there was nothing they could do to help me get the charge off my credit. When I asked them why they did not contact me before turning the issue over to collections they said that was not their policy to notify former tenants it was my job to find out if I had any charges after I moved out. Bull ----. DO NOT RENT HERE!!
