This place is a joke. Trash is literally PILED up outside of every building all day every day. Animals eat the trash at night and spread it out all over the driveways and sidewalks. People can rig up their satelite dishes anywhere they please, even running the cable cord across a common walk way and no one cares. The maintenance people spend more time driving around in their golf carts than fixing ANYTHING. It takes several days for them to respond to a call, and then they come on Saturdays when you are at home trying to enjoy a peaceful day. The rent is way too high. Our kitchen floor "tiles" peel off when you walk on them with bare feet. The office staff is rude. Even when you are just going in to pick up a package, they act like you are asking for the most inconvenient thing ever. Our hallway leaks whenever it rains, I informed the new management company about it over three months ago and it still leaks. The new management company WELDED the gates between the two apartment complexes shut, so it takes an extra ten minutes to come and go everyday, not to mention how long it will delay the fire trucks if, Lord forbid, any buildings at the end of the complex catch on fire. To top it all off, more people disobeyed the rules (SURPRISE SURPRISE) and brought glass to the pool, which of course broke, and now the pool is closed "indefinitely". Wow, thanks IDIOTS that live here, and IDIOTS that run the place and can't enforce a rule to save their life.
