As I write this review I am listening to the washer/dryer going in my neighbor's apartment upstairs from me. I have heard more than I ever needed to hear about the upstair neighbor's life (I'll spare you the dirty details). Anytime my next door neighor plays her music, the stereo might as well be in my bedroom. I sleep when the neighbor's sleep, and it has greatly affected my life in a negative way. My point is: the walls are paper-thin, and the floors must be too. I went to ask my neighbor to turn down her stereo one morning, and she cussed me out. The staff here only cares about leasing to you. Once you're here, they could care less about any complaints. This has been the worst, absolute WORST, rental experience I've ever had. I recommend that you find anywhere else you can to rent. This place sucks! If I wasn't bound by my lease, yesterday wouldn't have been soon enough for me to be out of here. Run away and don't look back!!!

The noise from neighbors is very loud, worse than any other apartment I have rented in the last ten years. There doesn't seem to be any insulation between the units at all. I can over hear the conversations next door & sounds like they are right in my unit. When the big dog runs upstairs it sounds like an army over my head. It is horrible here! I'm just waiting for my lease to run out to get out of this place.
