The apartment itself has a nice layout and amenities. However the floors are paper thin and we have the upstairs neighbor from h3ll. The stomping and carrying on is enough to drive you crazy and make you want to leave your apartment and complaining to Managment and the upstairs neighbor do no good. Our A/C drains into a bucket since the apartment was never fitted with a proper drain for the A/C. The ceiling has 3 never completed patches where they tried to fix the A/C problem, they only made it worse and now the bucket and orange goop on the carpet. The office staff for the most part is friendly but I believe the root cause of the issues is poor Managment, AMLI and now Alliance. If only they could get it together this would be a nice place to live.

agree. noise overhead is unbearable. complaints to office staff do no good. poor construction and poor management.
