AMLI/Lowry claimed to be a gated community. Security gates were "being repaired" when I signed my lease. They never worked the entire time and have since been removed. The community is no longer gated, but of course no rent rebate.
When Alliance took over mgmt of one half of the community, the access gates were welded shut between AMLI & Lowry Park. Residents lost access to two swimming pools, clubhouse, fitness center, etc. Lost access to half the community and amenities, but no rent rebate. Rent continues to increase dramatically.
The hot tub has been out of order about 90% of the time since Alliance took over management of the Lowry side. They have been ordering parts, waiting for parts, bringing in specialists, etc, just pick any excuse. A real plumber could have had this fixed in a day, it has been one problem after another for nine months. No rent credit of course.
TVs in the exercise room all have broken buttons. There is broken exercise equipment.
There is dog crap all over the common green spaces.
The walls and floors are paper thin. Upstairs clomping and stomping is horrendous. Noise complaints are not responded to in a timely fashion. Office staff is friendly to your face but doesn't get anything done.
Lowry Park pretends to be "luxury" living but is far from it.

When Alliance took over management of Lowry Park they had to clean up the mess that AMLI left! I spoke to the front office about it and in all the time that AMLI managed they never once did up keep on the pools or hot tub! I just moved from the AMLI side over to the Lowry park side because of how horible of a management company AMLI is! I have been very pleased with everything over here! That staff in the office are very busy but have taken care of all of my requests promptly! I think the amenities are great! The pool is amazing, I love having the volleyball court and use the carwash all the time (allthough someone ran over the sprayer and it is currently not working). Everyone always wants everything handed to them and they allways want it for free. Grow up!

Alliance staff ALWAYS blames current issues on AMLI & they have been gone over a YEAR. No one is asking for anything for FREE, just that they provide what is already being PAID for by renters. Get real!
PS - - just watch how LONG it will take to get that car wash fixed.

"Everyone always wants everything handed to them and they allways want it for free. Grow up!" Hey chucklehead, since when is $1250/month free??? Smells like a management post - Weak. One more reason NOT to rent here.
