I lived in what used to be the Amli and is now Lowry Park....poor poor choice. When it was managed by Amli I really had no complaints. The overall quality of the apartment left something to be desired , but I got over that. Then six months into my lease I received a very informal letter stating a change in management companies. The letter clearly stated that not much would change under new management just a few improvements. From that day on it was just a NIGHTMARE til I moved out!!! Just as in one of the other reviews my roofing too leaked onto my ceiling and there were black mold spots. I had notified the office of this problem when it started (when Amli was the management)then it got worse and Lowry park not only ignored the problem, when moving out they blamed it on me!! Not to mention the walls are so thin between apartments that I would be in my bedroom at night and would be bothered by the loud disturbing sounds of my neighbor watching innappropriate movies in his livingroom! Then I would drop off my rent checks in the drop box before work on the 30th or 1st of each month. I go to work around seven in the morning and return home around six thirty or later in the evening. It was not possible for me to get the management my checks any other way than the drop box. Boy did that come back to bite me! I received a notice each month stating that they did not receive my rent and that I had accrued a lot of money in late charges per month already. This was fales and when I called the office with all of my bank records in hand to prove that they were wrong there were no apologies. They simply said that the girl that normally makes copies of the checks from the drop box had probably missed them. What kind of an explination is that for it happening three months in a row!'!'! Then in the end I decided to move out over a month early because I was so so tired of dealing with the "management team". I returned to clean my apartment one week before my official move out date and I had yet another note on my door. It was a fine for fifty dollars for leaving my trash out when residents are not supposed to. The funny thing is how could I have left my trash out when I had not been there for almost a month'! When I tried to deal with this matter with the manager he was completely disrespectful, mocking, and mean. He laughed when I told him it was not my trash and said it was not his fault that I had left my trash out. Also that it is not their responsibility to know if someone has moved out early....what is that' I also complained about the leaking ceiling and the poor maintenance. His response was they are not there to babysit and hand hold all the residents because they have so many. As a result they never fixed the leak in my apartment while I was a resident then charged me for bogus things upon move out and did not refund my deposit. They do not have any idea how to run an appropriate business and truly do not care. So, all in all if you truly want to deal with these kind of people and that kind of environment then LOWRY PARK APARTMENTS is the place for you. It was for sure not a place I would ever want to live again!!!!

agree 100%. would never recommend to anyone. the worst. never the same office staff two months in a row, you can read the monthly newsletter & watch the turnover. will say anything to rent to you then do nothing when problems arise.
