I have not had a good experience living at this place for the past two years. There are so many issues, that I will not dive into all of them. Several examples, I told the staff I was leaving town and not to leave anything on my door. When I came home two weeks later my lease was hanging on my door. This meant that all of my personal information was left for anyone to take. Next, during the same vacation I got a noise complaint. How does one get a noise complaint when they aren't even there I ask' The best part about the complaint was the fact that the person below me thought I was walking too loudly. How does one fix that' It is certainly not a legitimate reason to get a noise complaint. Moreover, the work men have entered my apartment without my permission, which is illegal and it took them over two weeks to acknowledge the issue, and did not apologize until over a month later.
The people may try to work hard, but it doesn't show. I encounter incompetence over and over again. Unless you want a headache I would never recommend this place to anyone.
