I just moved in 6 days ago. My leasing consultant was fired. I moved into an apartment that the previous couple was evicted. They did not clean, holes in the wall, appliances not clean, and to top it off the apartment smelled worse thatn the Purina plant due to dirty carpet. They have fixed things slowly, however they state that it will all done they have been very apologetic. The apartment isn't what was described or shown to me. I wish that there was additional parking for guests I have a garage but my friends have had to carpool over because of the parking. They do have a high turnover rate numerous temps, I did not have working a/c over the weekend 7/12 and 7/13. Maintainence did not come until 7/14. Outside contract workers had my refrigerator unplugged and in my living room while they replaced flooring food defrosted management will subtract from my rent. I am hoping that my experience here improves. I will say that Chanel leasing cons. and Jennifer the manager are really sincere so it makes me at least want to give them a chance to make things better. I will be asking about the student discount though.

Managers and leasing clerks are all very friendly here. There are new friendly faces every month, the staff is constantly changing month to month. They agree to help and get things done, but they just never do. Good luck.
