If you don't have to don't rent here. The appearance is nice and when they are ahving you look at apartments they are super attentive. That is where it ends. I moved in and the carpets weren't even claeaned. I am still waiting...so many issues. The service is SLOW and most of the leasing employees are so darn rude!!!! They ignore phone calls, and service requests. It's infuriating!!! Big mistake!!! The apartments are poorly insulated. Total rip off!!!!!!! Just moved in in September and I already want out!!!! I can hear every bang and bump from the tenants above...so many issues!!!

Not surprised. I am experiencing the exact same problems. The staff is extremely negligent as is the maintenance crew or lack of. Regardless of the request or problem. I have been waiting 10 months to get a dryer vent in my apartment cleaned out and serviced! In addition, whenever or whatever I put in writing the office conveniently loses! UNBELIEVABLE negligent behavior! The property manager is simply the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. I would NEVER in a million years refer this place to anyone. It is an absolute NIGHTMARE!
