This place is great! It has a wide range of ages living in it with everything from 20 year olds to people that were born in the 20's. However, if you are young and you move in here the older people are reallly cool.

The place has great views of the Botanic Gardens - however warning that because it is next to the Gardens and the Park, you get some bugs (however, with the view and the ability to walk to the park everyday, you really don't mind because at least you have nice open spaces around). You can usually see the mountains too (like Pike's Peak) if you are on the South side of the building.

The management staff is amazing. They go out of their way to make you feel wanted. And they have security guards every night too! Even the maintenance staff is great! (And everything gets fixed right away.)

The apartments are nice on the inside too. Each has a fireplace and the kitchen has tons of room.

Every Saturday they have donuts in the open areas downstairs and two events a year (a Christmas Party and Spring Brunch) for the residents. The open area has pool tables, ping pong and a piano! Not to mention they have a indoor swimming pool! The racketball court is nice, however it is kinda dusty since it doesn't seem to get used that much.

The place overall though is great! I am so glad we found it. The only thing that would be bad is if next lease they raise our rent too high as I would hate to move.

BTW Parking is good - if you have a spot (which you pay extra for). Other wise it isn't so good as you have to park on the street and then fight with the Botanic Gardens people during the day/weekend (although at night it doesn't seem like that much of a problem).

Not all of the apartments have fireplaces, I think just the two bedrooms do. I rent a one bedroom with no fireplace. There are no longer security guards and the racqutball/basketball court are used frequently now.
