I lived at Manchester Apartments from 2005-2007 and then made the mistake of moving, I am now in the process of trying to move back after realizing I had the best of living when I was there. The property is beautiful, located close to parks, shopping and the best...walking distance-one1/2 blocks to a great sports bar.
The property is very well maintained, spotless,(pools,gym,racketball-wow) work orders are done same day and the on site management are great for anything needed. The property management company throws two great tennant appreciation parties,(one to say hello to summer and one for Christmas) fully catered, food, open bar, entertainment and your guests are also invited! How many rental properties show their appreciation' If you want the best of living..Manchester Apartments is the place.
