The Manhattan has everything you could possibly want in an apartment and more.

The building is in a great location; the apartments are new and well laid out; the amenities (work out room, game room, pool/hot tub, parking garage) are first class; and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

I am 100% pleased with my decision to live here and I recommend The Manhattan to anyone looking for a great downtown apartment.
