Living at the Manhattan has been my best experience to date. It's brand new, clean, the staff is really friendly and accomadating. Coming home from work and relaxing in the pool or hot tub, looking out over the Denver skyline, is unbeatable. It's close to the free Mallride, so work is just a step away. There isn't a grocery store or a lot of businesses close by, so it is a bit inconvenient, but the charm and location and people more than make up for it. You also should spend time on the deck listening to the trains to see if that will be too loud for you, but it doesnt bother me.
