Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
They're letting some "interesing" (low class) people in... harsh' well if you had to step over cigarette butts on the floor next to the elevators on a daily basis (that had been extinguished on the wall and/or floor), you'd say the same thing. Can't wait to get out.
