The location is NOT GREAT. If you want to go to get fast food, groceries, gas, a drive-through bank/ATM, you have to GET ON THE INTERSTATE because NOTHING is nearby. The elevators smell like dog pee and the management staff ranges from incompetent to indifferent. They are charging way too much rent for cheap, particleboard cabinetry and a crummy staff. The majority of the tenants look like they moved in fresh out of the fraternity/sorority house.

this is just not true. there is a bank, liquor stores and restaurants a two minute walk away at the foot of the 16th st pedestrian bridge. With 10 minute walk (platte st) there is a grocery store (Vitamin Cottage), cafe's and more. If you need gas, "drive-through" ATM or fast-food (ie, burger king) you do have to drive, but doesn't that make sense? But you don't have to take the interstate... Speer Blvd or Federal offer all of those things.
