The Manhattan is by far the best place to live in Downtown. The views are amazing and so is the office and maintenance staff. I live on the Mountain side of the building and the view is awesome. The city side of the building where the Hot Tub and Pool are has great views of Downtown, i.e. Coors Field, Union Station and The Qwest building. There is a train on this side but the friends I have in the building say they dont here it or have gotten used to it. The building is less than a 10-minute walk to the heart of Lodo. The cool thing is that your close enough to walk any where downtown but just outside of it where there is plenty of street parking (2hr limit mon-fri 8-6) and million dollar condos across the street. There is also a wonderful park area just outside The Manhattans front doors. It is also only 1 1/2 blocks to the Platte River walking and running trails. I will most definitely continue living here until I am ready to buy a condo. I have recommended the building to numerous friends and co-workers (most of which decided to move in).
