I have not ever lived here but I had some friends who did. I saw three floorplans, from a studio to the huge suites on top. I visited for 4th of July and it was amazing to see the fireworks from the big pool area out back. The grills seemed a little dirty, but then again there were a ton of people using them that day. I had visited once before and we had a really nice, quiet time relaxing in the hot tub. The rent is a bit too expensive for me to afford, but if I ever make more money than I do now, I'd love to live in a place as cool as the Manhattan. :)
