Years at this apartment: 2007-01-01 - 2008-01-01
Pros: walking distance to downtown, light rail, Coors Field, Invesco Field, Pepsi Center, and Commons Park.
If you own a dog, this is one of the best apartments in Denver - almost everyone in the building has a dog, there is a small park right outside the building, and Commons Park is one block away, and sooner or later an off-leash dog park will be right next to the building.
The gym is perfect, the pool and hot tub are always clean, the deck is fantastic in the summer, and the staff are just great.
I didn't want to leave, and I will be back this summer.
Lastly, the view of the city is incomparable.
Cons: the train is very loud if you live on the side of the building facing the city at the east end (where the train goes around a curve), but the west end isnt bad and the higher up you live, the less you hear the train.
Thats really the only bad part of living here, and after 2 days I just tuned it out.
Cant wait to move back, its the best place in Denver.
