I lived at Maplewood for a LONG six years unfortunately. Everytime I needed maintenance done it took at least three phone calls to get them to come back and actually fix it properly or finish the job. The management is awful and very hard to deal with. I was afraid to let my daughter play outside because of the things that went on. It was just not good at all.

Um if it was so awful, why would you stay for 6 LONG years...at any time (if your rent was paid on time and you could establish decent credit) you could have taken your child and moved to a different apartment complex. Let's face it, the real reason you stayed is because it was affordable housing and convenient for your daughter to walk the 4-5 blocks to her elementary school. No other complexes in the area provide that. Shame on you for writing a bad review!
